Melissa & Doug Deluxe Standing Easel

It's Still Standing-- and that's saying a lot with MY kids!

I bought two of them... on for each kid. Turns out, they actually like to share when it comes to this ONE thing. Each one takes a side and they go to work! Finding an educational toy/easel that your kids actually enjoy working with makes life worth living, I tell you.

I bought a third one for my co-worker's daughter before I realized that the kids only needed one. She loves it too, and my co-worker (Bob) keeps telling me what a great gift it was. Gave the spare one to my niece who's 5 and she loved it since she always plays with ours when she comes over.

My kids have it in their play room and I'm looking at it is I'm typing this. My four-year old has drawn Shrek on her side (with the paper) and he's in brown water (mud, she tells me). My 2 year old has chalk marks all over his side...no idea what that's supposed to be, but it looks like he put a lot of time into it ;)

Know that you have to buy the paper roll separately as well as the paint and brushes. We got the "art essential easel set" along with the bibs to keep them from messing up their clothes.

This is worth every penny, and it's way cheaper than those fancy schmancy ones. Buy it. It must really be good as I'm usually a cheapo and I purchased three and ended up having to give some away.Now I can sit back and watch my ARTISTES
